Why I built Tech Radar

I'm Rawad, a software engineer from Lebanon. Over the years I've built software for large, mission-critical systems, including government and airport projects, and worked across several international companies serving clients around the world.

Through all of it, one thing stayed with me: how hard it has become for talented people here to find good tech work, whether on-site in Lebanon or remotely abroad. The openings exist, but they're scattered across a dozen sites, buried, and often gone before you even see them.

I built Tech Radar to fix that: to put every real software and computer science job, local and remote, in one place, refreshed around the clock, so no one misses an opportunity they deserved.

The vision

My goal is simple: to help the Lebanese community, and our tech industry especially, thrive. Finding a job here, on-site or remote, keeps getting harder, and I want to make it easier.

Tech Radar is only the first step. We have a lot more coming: tools and ideas built specifically to help software engineers and computer scientists find work, grow, and reach the world on their own terms. This is just the beginning, so keep an eye out.
